Shipping & Delivery

We deliver our furniture range straight to your door, anywhere in Australia. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the weight of your order. You will see your final shipping total before completing your payment.

Dispatch & Delivery Estimates

We process and dispatch all orders from our NSW warehouse on the next business day.

While delivery times depend on our courier networks, here are our general estimates:

• Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 2–5 business days

• Regional & Interstate: 5–10 business days

Please note: Remote areas may take slightly longer. All deliveries occur on weekdays during standard business hours. If you need an update on your delivery status, our team is always happy to help.

Damages & Missing Items

We want your furniture to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and fully unpack them, as some transit damage may not be visible on the outer packaging.

If anything is missing or damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue for you right away.
